While the Sydney market is heating up, investors and property owners looking to sell should not rest on their laurels, according to ke3 Property.

Speaking about the selling market, ke3 Property director Monique Eyles said that the old methods of putting a sign out of the front of a property and hoping someone will love it, has changed.

Now, styling is very much a part of the sales process.

Having recently launched their in-house styling service, which is pushing sales prices up by 10%, they said that it's more than just about pretty furniture.

“With our teams diverse backgrounds we understand the psychology and consumer behaviour of buyers. Vendors need to put their best foot forward when selling their property," said Eyles.

“In a busy, competitive market, selling the vision and very best version of the home is a necessity to ensure your property attracts the highest price possible," she said.
