Private investor buys $4.2 million industrial property in Tingalpa, Brisbane at auction

A local private investor has purchased an industrial property in Brisbane's TINGALPA at auction for $4.2 million.

The industrial property, at 40 Enterprise Place in TINGALPA, consists of 4,239 square metres of building, on a 6,610 square metre site.

Colliers International's Anthony White and Mathew Frazer-Ryan negotiated the sale on behalf of the vendor, Perpetual Trustee Company Limited.

Mr White said they received solid enquiry prior to the auction, with as many as 30 people attending and three serious parties bidding.

The new owner plans to undertake a small renovation of the TINGALPA property before putting it on the leasing market.

Built in 1995, the industrial facility has 3,946 square metres of industrial space and 293 square metres of office space.
