Anytime Fitness leases Unley retail space

International health and fitness club Anytime Fitness has leased 557 square metres of retail space in Adelaide's suburb of Unley.
The property, at 14 Arthur Street, is adjacent to Unley Shopping Centre and has been leased for a term of 7 years, at an annual net rent of $130,000.
Jones Lang LaSalle agent Robert Parkinson's negotiated the lease.
