Housing affordability a federal election issue

Property ObserverDecember 7, 2020

The Federal Election campaign must address the issue of housing affordability, Australians for Affordable Housing have said.

The lobby group, which represents national housing, welfare and community sector organisations has tweeted a number of messages to its 2,159 followers about the issue of housing affordability authored by campaign manager Joel Pringle.

They preceded and followed the ABC's Q & A program where the issue of housing affordability was discussed.

Pringle accused Liberal backer and commentator Grahame Morris of avoiding tackling the issue of housing affordability while telling Labor (represented by Senator Doug Cameron) of relying on past housing programs.

Pringle tweeted @HousingStressed
