Share houses, bachelor pads, white picket fences and retirement villages all cater to the needs of certain age demographics within our society.

Yesterday, Property Observer reported that a new type of apartment known as transition apartments and developed by Moore Devleopment Group  – have been created in North Sydney to tempt empty nesters and baby boomers from their larger family homes.

Designed by Smart Design Studio, the apartments are part of  The Heritage development.
