Melbourne estate agents Brad Teal Real Estate sold eight out of nine properties at auction over the past weekend - a clearance rate of 89%.
This was well above the overall 71% clearance rate for Melbourne as measured by the Real Estate Institute of Victoria (REIV) from 506 auctions.
