Chinese investors have acquired $201 million worth of Australian commercial real estate in the first four months of the year, Colliers International's head of Australian research Nerida Conisbee has tweeted to her 117 followers.

She points out that five years ago, the Chinese weren't buying any Australian commercial property at all.
