Matt and Kim go online with The Block Sky High South Melbourne listing

Marketing for Matt and Kim’s apartment on The Block Sky High kicked off last night.

Matt and Kim tweeted late last night that their apartment had officially been listed on realestate.com.au.

After some difficulties with the links, it was live this morning.

The listing says the apartment features “professional craftsmanship, exacting standards and the highest quality of materials, appliances, furniture and finishes together with superlative design to create an opulent home and entertainment paradise.”

It is only 16 days until all five apartments go under the hammer on July 27.

Listing agent Kent Morgan said he had the listing for some time, but wanted to wait until last minute to kick off the marketing campaign with a “save the best to last approach.”

The couples signboard was the last to go up on Wednesday morning.
