Original coastal home in Bronte records 8.5% annual growth over 23 years: RP Data

The most expensive sale for the week ending May 19 was an original coastal cottage in Bronte, New South Wales, which sold at auction on May 15 for $4.05 million, according to RP Data.

Located on Bronte Road, the property (pictured below) was listed by Jason Black and Brent Foster of Black Lifestyle Property Randwick.

The three-bedroom, one-bathroom house sits on approximately 530 square metres and offers the possibility to be renovated or rebuilt.

The property last sold in April 1990 for $615,000, reflecting an annual compound growth rate of 8.54%.

New South Wales dominated the list, with a total of seven properties securing spots.
