Little movement in Sydney luxury off-the-plan apartment prices: Savills

The latest quarterly report from Savills Research shows little change in the average prices of luxury off-the-plan apartments in Sydney compared to the same time last year.
Click to enlargeThe average price of a luxury three-bedroom apartment bought off-the-plan was $4.75 million for the March 2013 quarter and also in the March 2012 quarter. This pricing represented a significant shift on 2011 prices (see below).
Two-bedroom apartments were selling for an average of $2.63 million, while one-bedroom offerings were selling for an average of $860,000.
