Mirvac finance director Greg Dyer resigns

Mirvac finance director Greg Dyer has resigned.
He has only been in the role for eight months and was appointed prior to Susan Lloyd-Hurwitz taking over as CEO and managing director from Nick Collishaw in November.
In a statement Mirvac said he would remain to assist in transitional arrangements until September 2013.
He will step down from the board immediately.
