Perth sales up 21% from week of October 3 to October 10: REIWA

There were 796 sales in Perth for the week ending October 10, up 21% from the previous week, according to the Real Estate Institute of Western Australia. 

The suburb of Nollamara, north of the river, was the most actively traded suburb, with 14 sales.
