Luggage retailer Victoria Station signs nine-year office/warehouse lease in Melbourne suburb of Keysborough

National luggage, leather goods and travel accessories retailer Victoria Station has pre-committed to a nine-year lease with renewal options at a $9 million office and warehouse facility at Keysborough in Melbourne’s south-east.

The facility will act as its national headquarters and distribution centre.

Due for completion by owner/developer BFD Constructions in mid-November, the 1 Atlantic Drive, building will comprise a 7,396-square-metre warehouse with a 560-square-metre office component on a 14,850-square-metre site. The deal was brokered by Savills Australia’s Joseph Catanese.

The rent is believed to be around $700,000 per annum. BFD Constructions purchased the property last month for $3.2 million.
