Liquor retailer Cellarbrations will pay around $304 per square metre to lease a shop in the  Healesville Walk Shopping Centre, a popular Melbourne tourist destination.

The 230-square-metre store has been leased on a five-year term at a rental of around $70,000 per annum guaranteed by Metcash.

The deal was brokered by Savills Australia retail director Michael Di Carlo alongside colleague Jeremy Marmur.

Di Carlo says there is a very high level of demand for tenancies at Healesville Walk.

Anchored by a Coles supermarket, Healesville Walk is a community shopping centre with frontage to the Maroondah Highway. Other retail tenants include Liquourland, Bakers Delight, and National Australia Bank. The lessor is a major institutional investor/developer.
