A Campbellfield brothel has passed in on a bid of $2.8 million today.

Owner Donna Murdoch had been hoping to sell the unique property for more than $3 million.

The Hot Spot strip club and 5 of Hearts brothel in Truck City Drive is being marketed by John Castran from John H Castran Pty Ltd.

Castran was in the middle of negotiations when he spoke to Property Observer, and he expects to sell the property very soon.

True to his word, he invited dancing girls to the auction.

The bids came from two buyers.

It opened at $2.6 million then the second bidder raised it to $2.7 million before the original bidder took it $2.8 million.

Interest came from an unnamed Melbourne group.

The three-in-one venue includes a bar, a strip club and a brothel.
