Returns for heath care property investors steady over 2011-12: IPD

Total returns across healthcare property investment were fairly steady between 2011 and 2012, easing from 10.9% to 10.8%, according to IPD.

Medical centre returns held steady at 11.7% during the year, while hospital returns fell from 10.7% to 10.3%.
