Median Gladstone rents increased an average of 62% in past two years: PRDnationwide

Median rents in the Queensland mining town of Gladstone have increased an average of 62% in the past two years, according to PRDnationwide.

The greatest rental increase was for four-bedroom houses, where the median rent rose 86% from $350 to $650. The smallest increase was 42% for three-bedroom houses, where the median rent rose from $285 to $490.
