Bellevue Hill unit tops week’s reported sales at $2.92 million: RP Data
A Bellevue Hill unit that sold for $2.92 million leads the top 10 notified sales of the week, according to RP Data.
The 373-square-metre apartment with harbour views last sold in 2005 for $2,005,000. It was briefly listed in 2008 but no sale was reported. The median unit price in Bellevue Hill is $652,250, according to RP Data.
This is the second week in a row with no sales reported over $3 million.
Six of the top 10 sales this week were in NSW, with the remaining four in Victoria.
A double oceanfront block on Collaroy Beach sold this week for $8.7 million, but the sale price was unreported.
