Perth sales up 27% on same week last year: REIWA

There were 774 sales in Perth for the week ended May 2, compared with 608 for the same week last year, according to the Real Estate Institute of Western Australia. Last year Easter fell on April 24, so the comparable week last year was the week after the Easter/Anzac Day long weekend.
