There are 24 Perth suburbs with median house prices of $1 million or more according to Real Estate Institute of Western Australia statistics. Peppermint Grove eclipsed the other suburbs, nearly doubling the median price of number two suburb, Dalkeith. The data comes from sales in 2011.
