Top 10 sales of the week: RP Data

Nine properties on RP Data's list of the top 10 sales of the week last week were in NSW, with the 10th in Canberra’s long-established Forrest.

The ACT property, priced at $1,950,000, came in midway through the list at number five.

3. 246 Glenmore Road, Paddington, NSW, 2021 three-bedroom home, sold at auction on April 3 for $2,500,000 by Di Jones Real Estate. 

4.  48 Cook Road, Centennial Park, NSW, 2021 four-bedroom home, sold on April 3 for $2,125,000 by Di Jones Real Estate.
