Chippendale fastest-selling locality in NSW: RP Data

Houses took an average of just 18 days to sell in Chippendale – the fastest-selling locality in NSW, according to RP Data. This is seven days quicker than the next fastest-selling locality, Beverley Park, where it took 25 days to sell a house. Property Observer notes there were just 17 houses sold in Chippendale last year.
