Ouyen the slowest-selling locality in Victoria: RP data

Houses took nearly 11 months to sell in Ouyen last year, the slowest-selling locality in Victoria, according to RP Data. Ouyen houses took more than 100 days longer to sell than houses in the next slowest-selling locality, Paradise Beach. Property Observer notes there were just 17 sales in Ouyen last year.
