Top 10 sales of the week: RP Data

New South Wales dominated RP Data's list of the top 10 sales, with the state accounging for nine of the 10. The most expensive property sold this week, according to the data company, was a Milsons Point three-bedroom unit that sold for $3,675,000. Queensland just squeezed onto the list with the $2 million sale of a four-bedroom Toowong house.
