Rosslea leads fastest-selling localities in Queensland: RP Data

Rosslea has the fastest-selling houses in Queensland, with houses taking an average of just 27 days to sell, according to RP Data. It just edged ahead of Mornington and Pallarenda. Property Observer notes there were just 12 sales over the last year in Rosslea.
