East Carnarvon heads the top 10 fastest-selling localities in Western Australia: RP Data

Houses in East Carnarvon spent an average of just 15 days on the market before being sold. This is less than half as long as the next quickest suburb in WA, Lynwood at 36 days. However, there were only 13 sales in East Carnarvon last year.
