The following are the January median house prices for 16 regions across New South Wales:

The median house price in Wollongong, according to Residex. This is up 3% on the previous year.

 


The median house price in the Blue Mountains, according to Residex. This is down 0.2% on the previous year.

 


 

The median house price in Newcastle, according to Residex. This is about the same as the previous year.

 


 

The median house price in Penrith Windsor, according to Residex. This is up 3.3% on the previous year.

 


 

The median house price in Southern, according to Residex. This is up 1.9% on the previous year.

 


 

The median house price in the Central Coast, according to Residex. This is down 1.1% on the previous year.

 


The median house price in the North Coast, according to Residex. This is down 3.9% on the previous year.
