Top 10 sales of the week: RP Data

Prestige Victoria and New South Wales properties were neck and neck this week, with four entries each on RP Data's last top 10 sales list for the year. Queensland rounded out the list, with two properties from the Sunshine State.

3. 45/93 Elizabeth Bay Road, Elizabeth Bay, NSW, 2011, three-bedroom unit, sold on December 15 by Laing + Simmons Potts Point for $2.65 million

4. 23 Bridge Street, Hampton, VIC, 3188, five-bedroom house, sold at auction on December 17 by Hocking Stuart Sandringham for $ 2,165,000
