Top 10 sales of the week: RP Data

South Australia bookended RP Data's top 10 sales of the week, with 8 Glenwood Road in Springfield topping the list having sold for $3,225,000 and 48 Eton Street, Malvern coming in at number 10 at $2 million.

New South Wales dominated the list, with six of the top 10 sales in the state. Victoria contributed two of the top 10 sales.
