The price per square metre paid by MAP Capital Advisors to lease 357 square metres of office space at 406 Collins Street in the Melbourne CBD in a three-year lease from a private lessor. The lease was negotiated by Josh Langdon, Colliers international manager for office leasing, who says MAP would take up residence in the whole of level five from mid-December.

 


 

The size of the shop that bookstore Reader's Feast will lease in Georges on Collins, having signed a lease with Colliers. Owner Mary Dalmau plans to open the doors to the new store early next month, just in time for Christmas. Reader's Feast will take up the mezzanine floor and will stretch from Collins Street through to Little Collins Street. The deal was negotiated by Ben Tremellen, retail executive of Colliers International

 


 

The amount of floor space that commercial and insurance law firm Holman Webb has taken up at 200 Queen Street, Melbourne at a rate in the low-$400s per square metre. The four-year deal was negotiated by Josh Langdon, Colliers international manager for office leasing.

 


 

The price per square metre that Rail Plus will pay to lease a whole 391-square-metre floor at 51 Queen Street, Melbourne from lessor PGA for five years. “This is another whole-floor deal, with Rail Plus taking a fully refurbished floor, level six,” says Josh Langdon, Colliers international manager for office leasing, who negotiated the deal. “This building has had a number of recent lease deals and is now close to being fully occupied. Two small areas, of approximately 114 square metres and 120 square metres, remain,” he adds.
