The amount of space Deloitte will lease at 225 George Street, Sydney. The new lease includes the existing space occupied by Deloitte combined with an additional four floors of space. The new lease is for a further 12 years to December 2023. Deloitte will occupy space vacated by JP Morgan.

 


 

The gross rent per square metre that pet wear designer Coco & Pud will pay to lease a 360-square-metre office unit at 10/25 Gibbes Street in Chatswood from the Willoughby Council. The lease term is four years plus a four-year option and was arranged by Hugh Anderson from Sutton Anderson.

 


 

The size of the warehouse at 75 Hartley Road in Smeaton Grange, an industrial suburb about 60 kilometres from the Sydney CBD Novartis Animal Health Australasia has leased at a gross rent of $96 per square metre. The company is leasing the space from Nu-Truck Spares on a six years plus a five-year option lease term with deal arranged by Adrian Balderston of Colliers International.

 


 

The size of the shop that UK fashion chain Top Shop will rent in Melbourne at 500 Chapel Street in South Yarra.  The shop is located in the Jam Factory shopping mall. The terms of the agreement have not been disclosed. It will be the first store Top Shop will open in Australia and its flagship store for the brand.

 


 

The gross price that online auction and classifieds business Trade Me will pay to lease a 500-square-metre floor at 37 Bligh Street from Metroplex Property Services. The website has leased the 12th floor of the building on a five year lease deal arranged by Grant Bulpett from MMJ Sydney.
