The net lettable area that polymer-based innovations and systems company Rehau has at its disposal in the freestanding building at 396 Victoria Street, Wetherill Parkin Sydney. Rehau has committed to a four-year lease at $105 per square metres (net) negotiatedby CB Richard Ellis’ Greg Pike on behalf of FFCC Pty Ltd.

The warehouse space leased by Ford Land Company to nutritional supplementdistributor Reliv Australia at B2/22 Powers Road, in Seven Hills, Sydney at a netprice of $125 per square metre. The deal was negotiated by Andrew Miller from Jones LangLaSalle.

The length of the lease signed by IT input device manufacturer Dexin Group (Australia) for a 300-square-metre warehouse at Unit 31, 192A Kingsgrove Road, Kingsgrove, Sydney. Colliers International agents Alex Jaafar and Jon Orsborn negotiated theagreement. Dexin will pay $150 per square metre gross for the space.

The gross price per square metre Keith Lawson Plasterboard will pay to lease a 40-square-metre m unit at 57A Rhodes Street, Matraville, close to Port Botany in Sydney. A lease term of one year was negotiated by Marino Rodriguez, from Taylor Nicholas.
