Ray White Commercial Oakleigh has successfully sold three properties site-unseen across three separate transactions.

Two units in Seaford’s Curie Court, one at 7/13-15 and one at 8/13-15 (above), and 167 Buckley Street (below) in NOBLE PARK were marketed and sold for undisclosed prices by Ray White Commercial Oakleigh Sales and Leasing Consultant George Kelepouris.

“These hat-trick of sales are testament to the fact that, with the right processes and the right property, buyers will stop at nothing to snap up their desired asset,” Mr Kelepouris said.

“The two units at Curie Court were purchased by owner-occupiers and offered architecturally designed warehouses in Seaford’s newest premier estate and benefited from being minutes away from major arterials and had excellent access to major freeways."

Curie Court is a new project located within the Seaford Industrial Precinct.

The property at Buckley Street was sold to a local investor on behalf of a local owner and offered a parcel of 220 sqm of land and a vacant 50 sqm of retail area.

The building with a ground floor retail/office space was offered for sale via private sale. The property attracted three offers and was sold to the highest offer.
