Wyunnum's Port View Estate sold for $11.2 million

The last two remaining lots at Wynnum’s Port View Estate have sold for $2.2 million through Ray White Industrial Milton. 

The estate was sold to a developer looking to build a corporate unit development at 11 and 21 Industry Place.
 
The final two deals completed the balance of the estate as Ray White Industrial Milton successfully sold and settled all 11 available lots for $11,200,000.
 
“There’s been incredibly strong interest in this estate ever since we started marketing the 11 opportunities,” said Ray White Industrial Milton agent Stephen Ferguson.
 
“Land opportunities are now extremely hard to come by in the TradeCoast and there are only a few sites left available.

“Industry Place in Brisbane’s coastal suburb has seen strong sales action with owner-occupiers attracted to the seaside location that offers direct access to the CBD.”
