The former site of the Kiandra Residential Care facility, in the Adelaide suburb of Prospect, has been listed for sale.

The property at 20 Alpha Road sits on 4,606 sqm, with a 58 metre frontage to Alpha Road. 

It features a single-storey residential care facility that was fully operational until February 2020, configured to accommodate a combination of single and shared rooms for 50 residents. 

Also included is a communal dining room and lounge, nurse’s stations, kitchen, laundry, extensive staff offices and meeting spaces, consulting rooms and clinical spaces, together with on-site loading and car parking spaces for staff and visitors.
