This equates to $3,423 per square building sale rate.
The property includes a 336 square metre building area, and features open plan first floor offices, high clearance warehouse with roller door access, along with a kitchenette and amenities.
The business precinct is also home to an Officeworks, Spotlight , Anaconda, Bunnings Hardware, Chemist Warehouse, Petbarn and Repco.
