Woollahra commercial trophy The Grosvenor, home to Phillips Pantzer Donnelley, listed for sale

The Grosvenor, a premium 2010 built office and retail block in the heart of Woollahra has been listed for sale. 

The three level commercial premises at 156 Edgecliff Road is being offered fully leased returning around $1.06 million per annum.

Real estate agency Phillips Pantzer Donnelley anchor the building, operating from from three of the office spaces.

Law firm Back Schwartz Vaughan have an office, as do stroller store Bugaboo Australia.

The ground level retail is taken by Sonoma Cafe and clothing boutique Marshmellow. 

There are seven tenancies across the 1,125 sqm net lettable area, as well as basement parking for 25 cars on the 890 sqm site.

The block is only nine years old, constructed by Built to a design by Tzannes Architects.

The property is being marketed by Colliers agents Tom Barnier and Matt Pontey, in conjunction with Felix Liv at SQM Commercial.

It last traded for $16,970,000 in 2016.
