Occupying over 1,000 square metres of retail space, Universal Fitness has committed to a 10 year lease.

"The drawcard for us was the number of high quality corporate firms and diverse workforce that the development brings," co-founders of Universal Fitness Kumar Ramachandra and Anthony Kerkmez said.

The gym will include a wide range of Technogym equipment, personal training, a variety of group Les Mills classes from Body Pump to, boxing, Yoga and more.

It is expected that more than 5,000 staff will work in 4 Parramatta Square.

Wellness factors employed in 4 Parramatta Square include an agile working environment, greater use of outside air, lighting system, and a minimum 5 Star Green Star fit-out, according to the marketing.
