A single level Daly Street commercial property has been auctioned off in the city fringe suburb of South Yarra.

Previously a car detailing workshop, the Lot 653, 11-17 Daly Street consists of a 47 sqm building area, suitable to a multitude of uses with the potential for an 8-level extension (STCA).

With over 30 attendees, there were three bidders with the successful buyer securing the property for $456,000.

Ryan Milivojac and Charles Cini of CVA auctioned off the property.

The building rate is $9,702.13 per metre squared.

Situated just 3.5km* from Melbourne’s central business district, the property benefits from immediate access to public transport with South Yarra Train Station as well as trams running along Toorak Road and Chapel Street.

The site is also within walking distance of major attractions such as the MCG, AAMI Park, Rod Laver Arena, The Jam Factory and the Royal Botanic Gardens.
