The Mernda Junction Shopping Centre in Melbourne's Northern growth corridor has been launched.

The Coles anchored shopping centre has its latest full line 4,000 sqm supermarket, which also features Liquorland and about 20 specialty retail stores.

The centre is serviced by more than 300 car parks.

Colliers International’s Mike Crittenden and Stephanie Siadis have secured 17 tenants for the 7,000 sqm centre, with only three tenancies remaining for food & beverage and service operators.

Coles and Liquorland are joined by a wide range of retailers including Australia’s largest pharmacy retailer, Chemist Warehouse, along with Fruitful Veg Market, Billy’s Junction, Degani, Scotch & Fillet, Rainbow Nails, Peoples Choice Home Loans, Mernda Kebab House, Mernda Smiles, Medical, 7 Star Pizza Pasta & Grill, Kings Landing Barber, Cups n Cones and Tattslotto.

“Located approximately 30km north of Melbourne's CBD in the City of Whittlesea, Mernda Junction Shopping Centre provides convenient shopping to the surrounding catchment of over 40,000 people,”  Mr Crittenden said.
