Featuring a net lettable area of approximately 2,556 sqm, Heka Diprose Pty Ltd currently occupy Unit 1, 49 Enterprise Street, and are secured on a five year lease with a further four x five year options.

Set on a 3,156 sqm site, it is being offered for sale by Scott Gardiner and Jason O’Meara of Savills.

Director of Savills, Scott Gardiner, said the property ticks a lot of boxes for the current tenant, so he is expecting Heka Group will stay on a long term lease.
