Oxford Hotel, a consistent top 100 freehold gaming pub in Drummoyne, NSW, has been sold to publican Arthur Laundy.

Mr Laundy purchased the property for $42 million, marking an $8.5 million increase on its 2015 sale price of $33.5 million.

It was offered by Dan Dragicevich, Sam Handy and Andrew Jolliffe of HTL property.

Set on a 947 sqm block, Oxford Hotel at 195 Victoria Rd & 15-17 Lyons Road features 30 EGM's, a recently approved 4am liquor licence, and D.A. lodged gaming room extension with 30% increase in size plus direct service or access points.

The outdoor areas come with additional scope to activate a roof top beer garden with CBD, harbour and bridge views.

There are solid existing food and beverage revenues.

The site also offers further redevelopment and site amalgamation potential.

It was the first freehold gaming pub publicly offered to market in 2019.
