Global Industrial sets up shop in Sydney’s Prestons

Global Industrial will relocate its Sydney manufacturing/distribution facility to Prestons, an industrial hub in the city’s south-west. 

Located at 40 Lyn Parade, the property comprises a quality freestanding industrial warehouse spanning 3,112sqm with large canopy.

The property features modern office space and amenities with internal clearances of up to 10.5 metres. 

CBRE’s Adam Tresidder, Fabio Screpis, John Tsoutsa and Elijah Shakir negotiated the five-year lease deal for an initial rental of $128 per square metre (net). 

Mr Tresidder said the property’s quality offering and location were key to the deal. 

“With great linkages to the M7 and M5 motorways, this property represented an outstanding opportunity to secure a footprint in a key industrial market,” Mr Tresidder explained.
