Loans.com.au has cheapest perceived cheapest loans

The voting public believe online mortgage providers loans.com.au have the cheapest loans in Australia.

More than 28,000 customers of the mortgage comparison site Mozo.com.au voted  to award Loans.com.au the title of “Australia’s cheapest home loans”.

Loans.com.au has variable home loans rates from 4.49% (5.51% comparison rate).

Managing Director Marie Mortimer encouraged mortgage holders to switch lenders.

“We have interest rates on par with rates in Australia during the 1950s. These awards are always a good reminder for people to consider their loans and decide whether they are paying too much.”
