Ipswich City, SW Sydney and Gold Coast lead list of 15 regions with highest mortgage arrears rates: RBA

The RBA has released a chart showing the 15 regions with the highest rates of mortgage arrears. Of the 15, six are in Queensland, and six in New South Wales.

The RBA report also shows that households are deleveraging as housing prices fall.
