Offered for the first time this week is a boutique block of apartments in Sydney’s Waterloo.

Icelake, who also have projects in Petersham, Caringbah, Campsie, Riverwood, Chatswood, Burwood, Mascot and Beverly Hills, are the builders for this block of 39 apartments called Zenith.

Marketed through CBRE, the apartments at 8 Amelia Street include one, two and three bedroom offerings.

The prices start at $638,000, with all containing studies. A number include parking. Two bedroom, two bathroom offerings range from $888,000.

The largest include three bedroom, two bathroom and two car parking options.

The median unit price in Waterloo currently sits at $665,000, according to RP Data.
