Wollongong secures 68 percent auction success rate: CoreLogic

Wollongong's preliminary clearance rate for the week ending July 24 came to 68.2 percent according to CoreLogic, leading the Gold Coast (61.9 percent), the Sunshine Coast (50.0 percent) and the Hunter region (47.6 percent).
The median price for a home in Wollongong sits at $665,000, according to CoreLogic.
