A North Yunderup home fronting the Murray river has been sold by its mortgagee.

Described in the listing as "built to lock up with no finishing's" the house features a riverfront alfresco and it's own jetty.

The property was sold by Clare Seamer of Harcourts.

Located at 102 Culeenup Road, the six bedroom four bathroom house was sold in January.

Last sold in 1997 for $360,000 the home fetched $850,000.

The Gemmil built home features a completed kitchen and "extra high ceilings".

Set on 1,050 sqm the property is a one storey abode.

The median price for a home in North Yunderup is $398,000, according to CoreLogic, which calculate its annual change in median price over the past 10 years as 0.1%.
