Warrandyte tops Melbourne median price growth in December quarter

Melbourne's Warrandyte topped the list of suburbs in December 2015 quarterly growth, according to latest REIV stats. 

Nearly all (98%) of dwellings in Warrandyte were houses, according to RP Data.

*Only suburbs with at least 50 sales in the relevant quarter are included

Property Observer looked up recent sales in Warrandyte on www.realestateview.com.au and came up with these:

1. A four-bedroom house with a landscaped native garden at 15 West End Road (above) sold for $1,060,000.

2. A five-bedroom two-storey house on 60 Lynette Avenue (above) fetched $1,070,000. 

3. A three-bedroom dwelling at 230 Heidelberg-Warrendyte Road (above) went for $990,000.
