Nimmie Glenn, a 16.35 hectare holding with a homestead, has sold under the mortgagee auction hammer for $1.4 million.

The property went to auction with a price guide of $1,175,000 to $1,275,000.

Adam Jones of McGrath marketed the listing.

Situated at 151 Gooroomon Ponds, the listing said "it offers limitless potential and redevelopment options".

Set on the 40 acre plot of land is a four bedroom one bathroom homestead.

Featuring a workshop, dog kennel, stables, single and double carport, it is located less than one minute from Gooromon Park Horse riding school and eight minutes to a number of wineries including Brindabella Hills Winer.

It is also close to Westfield Belconnen and Gungahlin CBD.
